My aunt would make these for me every year at Christmas time and it never seemed like Christmas until I got my cookies. It is still a cherished memory to me to this day. Chocolate Peanut Butter and Oat No-Bake Cookies (Gluten-Free)

Ingredients:
1/4 cup butter
2 cups sugar
1/4 cup Hershey’s Cocoa
1/2 cup evaporated milk
3 cups your favorite oats (quick 1-Minute oats)
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup peanut butter
Directions:
Bring butter, sugar, cocoa, and evaporated milk to a boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat.
Add oats, vanilla, and peanut butter. Mix well. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper. Cool, then serve.
