Cookie of the Month: July 2026

Who doesn’t love that molten marshmallow with chocolate and a graham cracker? Whether you’re camping with friends or sitting by a fire pit in your yard, they’re very enjoyable. This cookie brings the flavors of a summer camp-out with less of the mess.

Ingredients:

  • ¾ cup unsalted butter

  • 1 ½ cup all-purpose flour

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ½ tsp baking soda

  • 2 large eggs, room temperature

  • ¾ cup light brown sugar

  • ⅓ cup granulated sugar

  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 5oz semi-sweet chocolate chips

  • ⅔ cup graham crackers (3 sheets)

  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

Directions:

  1. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium-high heat. Continue to heat, while occasionally stirring, until the butter has brown specks throughout. Careful not to burn the butter. Remove from heat and transfer to a large bowl.  Set aside to cool, but not thicken.

  2. In a medium bowl, whisk the flour, baking soda, and salt.

  3. Once the butter is at room temperature, whisk in the eggs, both sugars, and vanilla extract.

  4. Add the dry ingredients to the mixture and fold together until combined. Add the chopped chocolate and mix just until incorporated. Carefully fold in broken graham crackers and marshmallows.
